Depuis 1996, Good Day Workshop Programs Inc. (Atelier du bon séjour Inc.) accueille les personnes sans emploi en raison d’un handicap et leur apprend à réparer et à restaurer des meubles. Le programme offre une expérience productive en matière de bénévolat, une acquisition de nouvelles compétences et une interaction sociale, permettant aux participants d’acquérir de l’assurance et de se sentir plus à l’aise avec leurs propres aptitudes. En restaurant les meubles (et les vies), les programmes de l’Atelier du bon séjour encouragent la réussite de personnes qui pourront à leur tour redonner à la collectivité.
